What We Look For

Field service techs

Most of our work is on customer floors across OK, KS, AR, MO, and N. TX. Travel and on-call rotation are part of the role.

Factory training on Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki / DMG MORI, Doosan, Hurco, or Mitsubishi.
Comfort with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls — alarms, parameters, ladder, drives.
Mechanical chops: way alignment, geometry verification, ballbar.
Clean driving record, ability to lift 50+ lbs, willingness to be on call.
Honest with customers about what's wrong and what it'll take to fix.
