Accessibility
Built to be usable by everyone.
Titan Machine Service is committed to providing a website that is accessible to people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technology.
Standard we follow
We design and build this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the same standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for federal websites.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) so screen readers can navigate efficiently.
- "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
- All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields, slider controls) are reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Form labels, descriptions, and error messages connected to inputs via
for,aria-describedby, andaria-invalid. - Color contrast tested for 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (UI components and large text).
- Image carousel with proper ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, pause-on-hover, and respect for
prefers-reduced-motion. - Descriptive alt text on content images; decorative graphics marked
aria-hidden. - Page language declared on every document; one
<h1>per page; logical heading hierarchy.
Found a barrier?
If anything on this site doesn't work the way you need it to — page can't be read by your screen reader, a control isn't reachable by keyboard, or information is missing in an accessible format — please let us know and we'll fix it.
